Welcome Peanut!

Happy Mothers Day!!!!

This is Auntie Noonie, Mrs Spock's sister. I'm writing to let everyone know that Peanut has finally made his grand entrance! After Mrs Spock's last post, she went to the hospital where she was induced and commenced 36 hours of difficult labor to no avail. The decision was finally made that a C-section was in order. Fortunately, the operation was a success, as the umbilical chord was wrapped around Peanut's neck - not once, but twice! Mommy and baby are both doing fine, though Mrs Spock could definitely use a year's worth of sleep at this point - as could Mr. Spock I'm sure!

Weight: 8 lbs, 2 ounces
Length: 19 1/2 inches
Hair and eyes: See for yourself!

He looks just like Mr. Spock, except he has Mrs Spock's ears and nose. Oh and he has his Auntie Noonie's giant Peggy Hill feet! :-)
