Show and Tell- Fluffy Mail And More

My package from Jillian's Drawers arrived- hooray!

Six new Bumgenius 3.0 pocket diapers, including 3 of the 4 new colors. I've tried them for use at night, stuffed with an extra hemp liner and have had three dry nights in a row, and perfect dry bum skin.

Three new Fuzzi Bunz.

Organic cotton pumpkin colored Babylegs.

I'm starting to try and train him to use a sippy. Hence the new Safe Sippy. Stainless steel, silicone outer shell. The spout is plastic, but free from weird plasticky chemicals.

New wooden HABA toy. It's a caterpiller. It clacks, so I call it his "clacker". My Australian readers are free to snigger. German-made toy made to higher European safety standards.

Next is the selection of hand-stamped cards made by battynurse for the UTERUS Etsy store. There is always an Ebay auction going as well. Shhhh...my MIL is getting these cards for Christmas.

Have I mentioned that UTERUS has just about achieved its second fundraising goal? Hooray!
Of course, there's always the next one- keep on shopping!

Battynurse also runs The Batty Book Exchange. Just email her and she will send it. I'll be reading "The Memory Keeper's Daughter". I listed a few books on the book exchange as well, including my Super Lucky Hail Mary No Treatments Necessary Pregnancy book, "Mr Darcy Takes a Wife". I was reading this when I conceived my Lucky Boy. Hmmm...maybe it was the book. Anyone want to try and see? The book is a good chicklit read- quite juicy indeed.

Who else is Showing and Telling this week? Pop over to Mel's Place to find out!

Yes, Mr.Darcy Takes A Wife makes ones' blood boil indeed.
Love all the cute baby stuff. Good for you for starting your son on a sippy cup early and finding a chemical free one.

I really like the new blue and green bumGenius colors! We love our bumGenius diapers and my son knows when he's in a disposable diaper now!

Snicker snicker snicker.

Holy crap you got a lot of stuff! As it happens, I just ordered a round of fluffy mail, but only a couple of newies. I'm going for the new flexitots - bamboo/synthetic fitted - and am currently hunting down the most gorgeous wool soaker ever (so far - one contender). I also happened to buy a sippy cup today. We'll see how it goes, I guess.

HA!! I totally laughed at the clacker ... however, we have a HABA stockist in our town so I knew what you were talking about.

Love those nappies!! (Diapers)

XOXOXO

Hey, thanks for the comment on my blog. I think I would have gone for raggedy an as well. AS it is I really sucked out and threw on a Rockhurst University tee and sweatpants and threw my hair into pompom ponytails on both sides of my head. I did this and said that I was a freshman. Since I am a 30 year old junior and never wear them all together I hoped people would get it. They didn't. Oh well. I am not winning any awards for creativity, that's for sure.

Also, I am a very fluffy girl myself and the choices for store bought costumes are limited and mostly inappropriate. So I hear you about raggedy ann. I kept telling my dh that it wasn't Halloween but Hookerween. LOL

The Memory Keeper's Daughter is such a great book...sad in parts but so worth the read. I think you'll like it.

Yay for the fluffy mail! We love, love, love Bum Genius. I have to confess, though - for some reason, we've been doing CD's for 9.5 months now, and I've yet to take the nighttime plunge. I couldn't even tell you why. Maybe that will be my goal for this week...

And I'll be interested to see what you thought of Memory Keepers Daughter. I've read it, and have my own opinions. :o)
